The choices of subs all look really good, so hard to choose. The server at the till recommended the Brisket Hat Trick so I gave it a try. Everything about this sub was amazing, from the bun to the meat and coleslaw plus the sauce this was one of the best subs I've ever eaten. The restaurant itself was clean and up to date. The workers were polite and professional about their job. FYI - I also got a small meatball sub to have next day, this was the best meatball sub I have ever eaten, even after sitting in the fridge over night. I just heated it up in microwave and chowed down. Definitely going back to try other subs on the menu. I can say these subs are not for the light pocket as they are a little pricer than most subs but I say they are worth it.

We ordered several sub platters from Firehouse for a work lunch, and they were fresh and delicious! The staff was extremely attentive to allergy concerns, and made sure to label things well. Everyone enjoyed them at the event, and appetites were satisfied! My staff also really enjoyed the pickles, and on our next order, Firehouse supplied extra pickles, just because I raved about them the first time! We appreciate the attention to detail! While the regular sub platters were great, ordering the deluxe platter was FABULOUS! When trying to stay on budget, Firehouse saved the day! I would recommend to offices, friends and family! The service was great! And super fast. The restaurant was clean and attractive. Didn’t know they raised money for first responders so that was a good surprise. The subs, turkey bacon ranch and the engineer were fresh but the amount of lettuce was over the top. It was nearly impossible to eat. The cheese & the ranch sauce on the turkey was very heavy and it was difficult to taste the other ingredients. The lettuce and tomato were very fresh though! Perhaps a bit heavy handed but fresh. I would absolutely eat there again! I would be a bit more specific to what and the amount I’d like on the sub :)

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about how good these sandwiches are because people lie often about how good food is. So, I decided to write a review based on my experience. The sandwich is not like Subway is 3 times better. The protein is juicy, and sauces are good. The service was very kind. The price is comparable with Subway but with better quality. Their staff is children’s friendly, and they allow you to pull the fire fighters Bell.

We stopped today by accident to try this place. Needed a quick lunch. Bought the Large Hook and ladder on whole wheat. So warm, and ingredients all do fresh. Great flavour on the Smoked Turkey. Would come back in a heart beat. $17.89 for two. So huge easy to share.

Just had a large Steak and Cheese and it was absolutely delicious. Lots of meat, cheese, and veggies and everything was so fresh. Large portions as I only ate half of it, and I have lunch for tomorrow. I've also had their Pepperoni Meatball Sub, and I highly recommend this sub as well.

We ordered the Brisket sub and it was excellent! Loaded with meat, lots of sauce and the coleslaw was great. would have been a 5 star all the way but the pop machine was broken so no drinks and a sub like that needs something to wash it down. We will definitely go back. There is several sub that sound great so we will be back soon and order different ones to try them. There is large bottles of hot sauce for sale there and potatoe chips as a side are also offered there. The bun was very fresh, I'd guess baked this morning.
